1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "eh777" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the eh777 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://eh777.app and its associated services.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the eh777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account held in the name of the User on the eh777 platform.
• "Services" means all products and services offered via eh777, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and related features.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which eh777 account balances, bets, and winnings are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by eh777 to confirm a User's identity and age.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash benefits awarded to a User's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the eh777 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the eh777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the eh777 platform and close your account if one has been created.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of eh777 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. eh777 strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as per your CNIC, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested by eh777.
• You must ensure that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific jurisdiction prior to registering and using the platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your location.
• You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions in a manner that would prohibit use of the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of eh777, nor a close family member of such a person.

eh777 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification (CNIC), proof of address, or source of funds documentation. Accounts may be suspended pending verification.

4 Account Responsibilities

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the eh777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identity details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. eh777 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• You must notify eh777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised such activity, subject to the exceptions arising from demonstrable unauthorised access reported promptly to eh777.
• You must keep your registered contact details — mobile number and any other details — current and accurate at all times.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any interest in your account balance to any third party.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on eh777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via supported Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available deposit methods and minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the account cashier and are subject to change.
• eh777 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposit must be registered in the name of the eh777 account holder.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money-laundering control measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. eh777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of identity verification procedures.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. eh777 does not guarantee same-day withdrawal processing in all circumstances.
• eh777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentation evidencing the source of funds, where required by applicable anti-money-laundering policies.
• Deposits made to an account in error by eh777 must be reported immediately by the User and will be reclaimed. Use of erroneously credited funds constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the eh777 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. The following general rules apply across all eh777 betting and gaming services:

• Bets accepted by eh777 are binding. A bet is accepted when the platform confirms the transaction and deducts the stake from your account balance. You may not cancel a bet after it has been accepted.
• eh777 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, system errors, suspected match-fixing or corruption, incomplete or postponed sporting events where settlement rules so require, or where a bet was placed using funds credited in error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, eh777's records of the bet and applicable game rules shall be considered definitive, subject to any error demonstrated by the User.
• eh777 may impose maximum stake limits on any market or game type at its discretion, without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to the User's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Winnings remain subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final upon conclusion of the game round. RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation algorithms and are final upon conclusion of the game round.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

eh777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered users. The following general conditions apply to all such offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game restrictions, and time limits as specified in the individual promotion terms applicable to each offer.
• Bonus funds are distinct from real money funds. Bonus funds must typically complete wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in a User's account at any time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• eh777 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reclaim any bonus at any time where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed in error, through fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred or shared between accounts.
• eh777 reserves the right to cancel any promotion, change its terms, or remove it from availability at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eh777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinated play at live casino tables intended to gain a systematic advantage over the house.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or syndicate betting in a manner that eh777 determines constitutes abuse of its pricing or bonus structures.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users or interfering with the eh777 platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party.

9 Responsible Gaming

eh777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible from the account dashboard at any time and include:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and six weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months, during which access to the platform will be blocked. Self-exclusion requests are processed by eh777 support.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the eh777 platform, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, trade marks, logos, game content (to the extent licensed to eh777 by third-party providers), and all other content, are owned by or licensed to eh777. No part of the eh777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, translated, or used in any manner without the prior written consent of eh777.

The grant of access to the eh777 platform does not convey any licence to or ownership of any intellectual property rights in or to the platform or its content. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the eh777 platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eh777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, gambling losses, or any financial loss arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from technical failures, hacking, or other security incidents outside eh777's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or inaccessibility of the platform due to maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors in live odds, game RTP displays, or account balance calculations, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms limits eh777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by eh777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Termination

eh777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity of the account for a prolonged period as defined by eh777's dormant account policy.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or legal prohibition, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the registered withdrawal method, after deduction of any applicable administrative fees or outstanding liabilities. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13 Amendments

eh777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, eh777 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform or by notification to the email address or mobile number registered on the User's account. Continued use of the eh777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the "last updated" date displayed at the top of this page, shall supersede all prior versions.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the eh777 platform. Users are reminded that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in their specific location, and eh777 makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions.

Any dispute arising between a User and eh777 that cannot be resolved through eh777's internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to the eh777 support team in the first instance. eh777 will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
